A simple breakdown of my experience

The hotel has friendly staff and a great location. My room was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed by the absence of hot water and drinking water. There's a nice buffet breakfast available too. It could really use some updates and better amenities like parking and a coffee shop for convenience.

The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel valued during our entire stay. I appreciated the well-kept pool area, a perfect retreat after a long day exploring.

The King Corner Room was decent. The bed was pretty comfy, and the room felt clean overall. There was a long hair around the toilet, which was a bit off-putting, but the toiletries were nice. The view was just okay—nothing special. The air-conditioning wasn’t really working well at night, making it sort of warm. But the workout facilities were really nice, which I appreciated. The elevators were quick too, which is a plus!

Especially Daniel who assisted us with our needs. My sons loved the heated pool, and we enjoyed the nearby parks for outdoor activities. The location was perfect for exploring Glendale and its vibrant atmosphere.

I recently enjoyed my stay in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly, always greeting me with a smile, and the hotel's location made it easy to get to local attractions. However, the air conditioning in my room didn’t seem to cool properly during the night, which affected my comfort somewhat.

I truly appreciated the spacious common areas and the modern decor, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, creating a welcoming environment during my stay.
